Delivery Timeframes

South Island

  • Christchurch metro: 2-3 business days
  • Rest of South Island: 3-5 business days

North Island

  • Major centres (Auckland, Wellington, Hamilton): 4-6 business days
  • Regional areas: 5-7 business days

Rural Addresses Add 1-2 extra days for rural delivery areas.

Timeframes start from dispatch, not order placement. Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the items in your cart. You'll see the exact shipping cost before completing your order - no surprises.

Christchurch Pickup

Free pickup available from our Christchurch location by arrangement.

Call us at 021 086 43056 to schedule a pickup time. We'll have your order ready when you arrive.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking number
  • Courier details

Track your order directly through the courier's website.

Courier Services

We ship via trusted NZ couriers including NZ Post, CourierPost, and freight services for larger items.

What if I'm not home?

Most couriers will:

  • Leave a card for collection at a local depot, or
  • Arrange redelivery

Check your tracking info or contact the courier directly if you need to make special arrangements.
