Vehicle: Ford Ranger PX2 & PX3 Engine: 3.2L Turbo Diesel System Type: 3” Turbo-Back Exhaust – DPF Delete Material: 304 Grade Stainless Steel

Detail:

Delete the factory DPF and replace the restrictive exhaust system with this full stainless steel PPD Performance upgrade. Designed specifically for the PX2 and PX3 3.2L Turbo Diesel (October 2016–2022), this 3” system delivers the performance and sound that should have come from the factory.

The Ford Ranger DPF is well documented for failure — soot buildup after burn cycles can cause permanent blockage, resulting in reduced performance, increased fuel consumption, and more frequent regeneration events. Removing it eliminates the problem at the source.

Specifications:

  • 3” polished 304 grade stainless steel piping and components
  • Coated, corrosion-resistant steel flanges and bungs
  • Straight-through design for maximum exhaust efficiency
  • 2-bolt connecting flanges for direct bolt-on installation
  • TIG welded construction
  • Mandrel bent piping
  • Gaskets and bolts included

Note: An ECU remap is recommended when deleting your DPF. A PPD Performance Remapper tune will increase boost and fuelling to take full advantage of the upgraded exhaust, delivering significant power gains on turbo diesels.
